Update: Expanded Payment Options Now Available for Plan Changes

We are pleased to announce a significant update to our subscription management system.
We recently identified that some members were experiencing limitations when trying to Upgrade or Change their subscription plans. Specifically, options like "Pay with Bank Transfer" and USSD were unavailable on the Change Plan page.
The Issue Has Been Resolved.
Our engineering team has updated the plan change portal. You can now access the full range of secure payment channels when upgrading or changing your plan, including:
- Bank Transfer (Direct transfer to a generated account number)
- USSD
- Card Payments
- Mobile Money
How to Access
If you were previously unable to upgrade your account due to payment restrictions, please try again now:
Go to your Dashboard.
Click on Profile or the Manage Plan button.
Select your desired new plan.
You will now see the full list of payment options during checkout.
